I tried using Gamelink on my phone it kind of wore me out. The pages were loading slower than I expected, then I’d tap something and the menu would shift around, and also the buttons are so tiny for no reason. Maybe it’s better on a bigger screen, I don’t know, but on mobile it felt like I was fighting the site more than using it.
I did eventually find what I was looking for, so it’s not like it was impossible. But checkout felt clunky, I kept having to zoom in and out, and at one point I almost just gave up. Desktop is probably fine, but the mobile version definitely needs some attention.

"Feels like it never really updates"
I’ve checked out gamelink.com a few different times and, honestly... it kind of feels like the same stuff is always there. Like, nothing really changes much, and a lot of the content just seems to sit around for ages. It’s disappointing if you’re expecting fresh updates or something new to browse.

"Old purchases are nowhere to be found"
I bought a few things on gamelink in the past, and now trying to find my old purchases has been such a waste of time and energy. My purchase history is basically useless, and I can’t track down what I already paid for. I contacted support, but they didn’t really help much either. It’s super frustrating because old orders should just be there when you need them. I’m not planning to use it again.

"Search barely works"
Tried looking up a few games and kept getting totally random results. Was frustrating, and didn’t help me find what I wanted at all.

"Works fine on some devices, not so much on others"
Gamelink.com works well on my laptop, but it gets a little weird on my older tablet and the video player freezes sometimes. My phone handles it better, though it’s still not perfect. It’s not terrible or anything, I just wish the device support was a bit smoother.

the prices felt steep for what I got. i was expecting a little more value, but it just felt average. i probably wouldn’t use it again unless the price dropped a lot

I expected it to be straightforward to find what I needed, but the menus felt really cluttered. I kept clicking around and getting lost, which made the whole experience more frustrating than I thought it would be.

I just wanted to cancel my subscription, but the settings never seemed to work properly. It ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Great Selection, With a Tiny Plot Twist"
The selection was solid, not life-changing or anything, but definitely enough to keep me interested. There were a few moments where I wished for more options, but overall, it did the job without any major drama.

"Barely Any Payment Options"
The payment options are bad. They make it sound all smooth and convenient in their wording, but when you actually try to pay, there just aren’t enough choices. Kind of feels like the usual polished company talk doesn’t match the real experience

"Decent filters, but I wanted a bit more"
I used the filters while browsing, and they worked fine for the most part. They helped narrow things down, but a few times I felt like the options were a little limited and I couldn’t filter as specifically as I wanted. Overall, they’re okay, just not amazing.

"Decent service, but the billing was confusing"
The signup process was easy, and I liked the service overall at first. That said, the billing really wasn’t as clear as I expected. I thought I was signing up for one price, but then the charges didn’t feel straightforward, and I had to spend time digging around just to figure out what I was actually paying for. If they made the pricing and charges more transparent upfront, I think the experience would be a lot better.

The exclusive stuff is nice and definitely caught my attention, but there just isn’t enough of it to make it feel really worthwhile. I was hoping for more, and it kind of felt like my expectations were being dismissed

"Login was kinda frustrating"
I had a hard time getting into my account, and the password reset email took way longer than I expected. It did finally work, but the whole thing was kinda annoying. Support helped in the end, but they didn’t really explain what went wrong

"Code never showed up"
I ordered a code and, as far as I remember, nothing ever came through. Support kept telling me to wait, then after a while they just stopped replying. I don’t remember every single message, but I know that after about a week I still had no code and had to keep chasing to get a refund. Frustrating experience.

"Refund process was way too frustrating"
I’ll admit I’m not the most patient person when it comes to customer service, but this refund experience really annoyed me. I asked a simple question about getting a refund and ended up being passed around for days with no clear answer. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me it just felt like a hassle and definitely not worth the time.

"The site barely works half the time"
Using this site has been so frustrating. Pages keep freezing on me, and I’m constantly getting logged out for no reason. I’ll be in the middle of trying to do something and suddenly have to start over. Like, how is this okay?

I’ve used gamelink.com a handful of times now, and the video quality has been good, good overall. Most of the streams load up clear and don’t have that blurry, messy look, even when I’m just watching on my laptop. Some of the older videos are a little softer, but yeah, that doesn’t really surprise me.
The main reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that a few videos take a minute, a real minute, to buffer at the beginning. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just slightly annoying when it happens. Overall though, the quality is solid and better than I expected.
